Calculates ice sheet grounding zones using ICESat/GLAS L2 GLA12 Antarctic and Greenland Ice Sheet elevation data data following [Brunt2010] [Fricker2006] [Fricker2009]

Positional Arguments
- infile
ICESat files to run
Named Arguments
- --directory, -D
Working data directory
- --output-directory, -O
Output data directory
- --hemisphere, -H
Possible choices: N, S
Region of interest to run
- --mean-file
Mean elevation file to remove from the height data
- --tide, -T
Tide model to use in correction
- --reanalysis, -R
Reanalysis model to use in inverse-barometer correction
- --sea-level, -S
Remove mean dynamic topography from heights
- --geoid, -G
Geoid height model to use in correction
- --plot, -P
Create plots of flexural zone
- --verbose, -V
Output information about each created file
- --mode, -M
Permission mode of directories and files created
