Named Arguments

--directory, -d

directory to run

--hemisphere, -H

Possible choices: N, S

Region of interest to run

--range, -r

valid range of tiles to read

--crop, -c

Crop mosaic to bounds

--mask, -m

geotiff mask file for valid points

--tide, -T

Tide model used in correction

--output-file, -O

Output filename

--verbose, -V

Verbose output of run

--mode, -M

Local permissions mode of the output file
